Celebrate the 13th Annual Oktoberfest Chicago
Get into the true spirit of Fall at Oktoberfest Chicago this September 27th-29th. The exciting annual event celebrates the change of season with traditional German and Bavarian favorites like cold beer, handmade brats and chewy soft pretzels plus exciting live music and fun family activities. The event is held at the historic St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, which was built in 1882. Enjoy the autumn revelry while you sample beers from over 20 different craft breweries. Dance the day or night away to the sounds of 12 different bands playing live music on two stages. Explore the Kinderfest for kid-friendly fun like a bouncy house, crafts and polka dancing lessons. And fill your plate with delicious authentic German food from a variety of vendors. Friday night visitors and ale aficionados alike can enjoy additional fun at the special Craft Beer Night event. Craft Beer Night visitors will receive a commemorative glass, a pretzel necklace and access to beer tastings for a $30 entrance fee. Admission to the regular Oktoberfest event is just $5 per person. Oktoberfest Chicago runs Friday-Sunday, September 27-29. Gates are open from 5pm-10pm on Friday; 11am-10pm Saturday; and 11am-7pm Sunday.
