The Trappist monks seem to have perfected the art of brewing, as evidenced by their intoxicating dubbels, trippels and quadruppels.  Also in attendance, Founders Brewing, famous for their coffee-infused breakfast stout and Rogue, an inventive brand with daring flavor pairings like pretzel or peanut butter.
