Over 20 rooms 2 month cut off date
A contract will be sent with all pertinent info including group code to refer to while booking

Group Block - Deposit needed 30 days before arrival date for first night

2 weeks from arrival date the rooming list is needed
30 days from arrival to cancel without charge
